This role includes overseeing operational and financial aspects in compliance with contractual obligations, maintaining communication with DHS and community organizations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Psychology, or related fields, with at least two years of relevant case management experience.

Bilingual skills are preferred.
