Director, Program and Project Management

Your Role

The CMO Medicare team is responsible for leading clinical operational strategy for Medicare. The Director Program and Project Management will report to the CMO Medicare. In this role you will be responsible for the organization programmatic improvement in clinical redesign as needed to fit the unique needs and ensure quality and outcomes of our Medicare members. • Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Requires at least 10 years prior relevant experience, including 6 years of management experience
• Medicare Business line experience
• Change management experience- LEAN, Six Sigma
• Super communication, organizational and motivational skills
• Healthcare and Consulting experience a plus
• AI/ Advanced Excel/ Copilot/ finance/ data analytics knowledge and background needed
