Your Role
The Stellarus Commercial Technology Organization is responsible for the creation of the technology platforms which will power the healthcare payer systems to further streamline and reduce expense to reduce the costs for the members that we will support. As the Sr. Director of Deployment Operations you will report to the VP, Platform Engineering leader. In this role you are a strategic, execution‑oriented leader to build and scale our forward deployment operations function.
This role sits at the intersection of customer delivery, process architecture and AI‑enabled workflow transformation. You will lead embedded deployment teams, design scalable processes and partner closely with Product, Development, and more to deploy products that create measurable value, to create processes that are AI‑native, and to transition strong relationships to Customer Success.

Your Knowledge and Experience- Requires a college degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a relevant degree and/or equivalent experience.
- Requires at least 12+ years of prior relevant experience, including 6 years of people/management experience.
- Requires in-depth knowledge of deploying technology with cross‑functional teams across engineering, product, architecture, analytics, etc. Experience in a fast‑paced, growth‑focused organization.
- Experience in process improvement and optimization.
- Experience implementing AI solutions with business partners and/or customers and understanding of data and data analytics.
- Ability to influence senior leadership at clients and within an enterprise.
