Job Summary

This is a leadership role, not a property management position. The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing facilities operations across multiple locations, managing teams, driving service performance, and ensuring consistent execution across a large geographic footprint. We are seeking an experienced Construction Facilities Management professional for a direct hire opportunity in Long Beach, CA. This role is ideal for a facilities operations leader who has successfully managed service delivery, vendor performance, work order execution, and customer support across multiple sites, regions, or states.

• Lead facilities operations and service delivery across multiple locations and geographic regions.
• Manage coordinators, dispatchers, service teams, technicians, vendors, contractors, and facilities support personnel.
• Oversee work order management, response times, service quality, escalation resolution, and operational reporting.
• Monitor and improve service performance metrics, SLAs, KPIs, workflow efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate vendor and contractor performance to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality facilities support.
• Drive process improvements, team accountability, and consistent execution across a multi-site facilities portfolio.

• Salary range: $95,000 to $110,000 per year.

• Manage facilities operations across multiple commercial, residential, or business locations.
• Lead service delivery teams, dispatch functions, maintenance coordination, and vendor support.
• Oversee work order execution, escalation management, service reporting, and operational performance.
• Improve facilities processes, team productivity, customer service levels, and service consistency.
• 5+ years of experience in facilities operations, facilities services, maintenance operations, service management, or a related field.
• Experience managing teams across multiple locations, regions, or states.
• Strong understanding of work order management, service delivery, vendor management, and customer escalation resolution.
• Experience overseeing service performance metrics, SLAs, KPIs, response times, and operational reporting.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across a large portfolio of facilities or sites.
• Proficiency with CMMS, work order management, dispatch, or facilities management software platforms.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to supervise both internal personnel and third-party vendors or contractors.

• Experience leading facilities operations for a multi-location organization.
• Experience managing remote teams and coordinating services across several states or regions.
• Background supporting multi-site commercial, retail, restaurant, healthcare, distribution, manufacturing, or corporate facilities environments.
• Demonstrated success improving processes, increasing service levels, and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience in construction, skilled trades, commercial facilities, or residential and commercial building operations.
