Position Overview:
The Production Associate will be an integral part of our beverage production line, assisting with the preparation, manufacturing, and packaging of our products. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and committed to maintaining high production standards. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a thriving company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the production and packaging of beverages, including filling, labeling, and capping bottles or cans.
* Monitor and operate production equipment, ensuring smooth operation and identifying any issues that may arise.
* Ensure product quality by following standardized procedures for each production step.
* Maintain a clean and organized production area, adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
* Perform regular equipment checks and routine maintenance to keep production flowing efficiently.
* Assist in inventory control, ensuring materials and ingredients are properly stocked and organized.
* Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
* Report any equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or production issues to the supervisor.
* Follow all health, safety, and quality control standards to ensure the highest level of production integrity.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous production or manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime, if necessary.
* Basic knowledge of production processes and equipment is a plus, but not required (training will be provided).
