This is a 2nd shift, front‑line leadership role working Monday‑Friday from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM, supporting daily operations, team leadership, and production activities during the shift.

• Champion a safety‑first culture and ensure compliance with OSHA and Tosca safety policies
• Drive world‑class safety performance, report incidents, and set team safety goals
• Lead and develop a high‑caliber production team through clear expectations, coaching, and recognition
• Oversee training on production procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols
• Monitor and control operational costs in line with budget goals
• Lead quality programs and ensure compliance with GMPs, SOPs, and EH&S standards
• Facilitate daily production to meet customer demands, flexing as needed to support the production line during peak periods
• Hold weekly team meetings and foster a culture of continuous improvement

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business or technical field preferred
• Minimum of 5+ years of related operations experience
• Strong active listening, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, change‑driven environment
• Proven decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities
• Collaborative team player with demonstrated leadership skills
• Proficient in business math (basic algebra, rate, ratio calculations)
• High integrity and ethical standards
• Strong time management skills with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
• Superior organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory/warehouse management software

• Pay: Up to $85,000 annually, based on experience, plus 10% annual performance bonus potential.
