Kelly Services is always looking for hardworking Machine Operators to support our manufacturing clients.
Shifts Available- AM and PM shifts
- Overtime available
- Weekday and weekend schedules
Locations: We support clients throughout Los Angeles, South Bay, Long Beach, Brea, and Orange County.
Pay: Starting at $17.00+ per hour, depending on experience.
Responsibilities- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and production machinery
- Perform machine setup and basic operation, including CNC mills and lathes when required
- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Use hand and power tools to assemble or modify components
- Complete light mechanical assembly as needed
- Enter production data accurately using Microsoft Excel, WMS, or other computer systems
- Inspect finished products and maintain high quality standards
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Previous experience operating manufacturing or production equipment
- Experience with CNC machines, blueprint reading, hand and power tools, or mechanical assembly is preferred
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, WMS, or data entry, are a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Some positions require a high school diploma or GED
- Some positions require a background check and drug screening
- Some positions require ITAR eligibility (proof of U.S. citizenship or Permanent Resident status)
- Employment eligibility verification (Form I-9) is required
