Rubbercraft is seeking a hands-on Production Manager (Extrusion) to lead daily manufacturing operations at our Long Beach facility. You will drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery while coordinating with Quality, Engineering, Planning and Operations to meet customer requirements.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of manufacturing leadership in fast-paced environments, with a strong Lean mindset and experience in rubber or elastomer manufacturing. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
