Production Control Tool Attendant; Aerospace Manufacturing Co), Req

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Control Tool Attendant to join our aerospace team in Long Beach/Carson facility. This role is responsible for managing tool inventory, issuing and tracking tools, and supporting production operations through accurate data entry and organization.

• Issue, receive, and track tools and equipment for production use
• Maintain accurate inventory records and tool logs in the system
• Perform regular inventory counts and audits
• Ensure tools are properly stored, maintained, and accounted for
• Enter data accurately and in a timely manner into company systems
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams
• Identify missing, damaged, or outdated tools and report accordingly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient tool crib/work area
• Follow all company safety and aerospace compliance standards

• Previous experience in inventory control, tool crib, or related role preferred
• Strong data entry and basic computer skills required
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift, move, and manage tools and equipment as needed
• Aerospace manufacturing experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems (preferred)
• Knowledge of tool calibration tracking or control processes (preferred)
