Production Line Associate

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $18.75 per hour
Shift: Rotating Schedule | Monday

Production Line Associates rotate across four key areas: raw material washing, conditioning, cooking, and dryer discharge/packaging.
Responsibilities include:
- Operating electrical hoists to move large bulk ingredient totes
- Monitoring processing equipment
- Measuring and documenting ingredients
- Performing moisture testing
- Collecting product samples for laboratory analysis
- Supporting lot tracking and quality control documentation
The role requires reading and writing in English to follow processing instructions and complete required quality records.
