Test Technician — Hydraulic & Pneumatic Pressure Testing — Long , CA​/Onsite — Tier 1 Aer

You ve spent years on test stands — hydraulic, pneumatic, whatever the procedure called for — and you re good s is that same skill set applied to flight hardware, in a lab where you own the throughput instead of running one station. You don t need a space background to walk in; you need to know pressure.

You will join the test team supporting acceptance testing of flight hardware for satellite, launch vehicle, and missile defense platforms.

Learn our product portfolio and standard test procedures well enough to independently maintain acceptance testing throughput

Set up hydraulic pressure lines, instrumentation, and data acquisition equipment for pressure testing

Make and break high-pressure fittings (Swagelok, AN flares, hi-pressure) and operate pumps, hoses, and compressed gas cylinders at high pressure

Follow all manufacturing planning and process specifications with strict attention to detail, quality, and safety

Maintain and improve 5S organization and cleanliness standards across the test area

Support R&D testing processes and coordinate outside processing and vendor support

Looking for:

pressure testing experience in an aerospace or comparable manufacturing environment, with a hydraulic and pneumatic focus

Comfort working with high pressure equipment — pumps, hoses, compressed gas cylinders, and associated fittings

Instrumentation experience measuring pressure, flow, displacement, and strain

Independently motivated and detail-oriented, with an eye toward quality and safety at all times

Experience in any of the following areas welcomed:

Hydraulic, pneumatic, fuel, or fluid system component testing

Leak detection, proof pressure, and static or dynamic performance testing

Pressure vessel or tank testing

Cryogenic or thermal testing

LabVIEW and data acquisition setup

Test stand, fixture, and tooling fabrication

Blueprint, schematic, and P&

ATP execution and technical documentation

Military or depot-level flight-line test backgrounds
