Bliskdynamics is seeking a Lead Fabricator to own how our engines are built. This senior, hands-on role demands welding, machining, and fabrication of intricate parts, followed by leading test campaigns to validate them.
You will set fabrication quality standards, mentor technicians, and ensure hardware is built correctly and on time. You should have a decade-plus of experience in building complex hardware, diagnose issues on the spot, and lead by example in a fast-moving aerospace shop.
