Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) in Labor and Delivery at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center in Torrance, CA. The ANM is a professional Registered Nurse who reports to the unit director/manager and utilizes the nursing process to manage clinical and operational activities within an assigned shift. The ANM supports the director/manager in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating services of the unit and provides managerial presence for all shifts.

• Bachelor’s Degree – Graduate from a School of Nursing (BS or BSN). Registered Nurses employed in this role prior to November 1 2024 are encouraged to pursue a BSN degree, but obtaining the degree is not a condition of employment.
• California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.

• Recent clinical experience in an acute care hospital.
• Charge Nurse / Relief Charge Nurse experience.
• Leadership experience.
• Shared Governance experience.

Accepted wages for this position range from $68.94 to $108.84 per hour. Base pay may be supplemented by shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
