• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols.
• Utilize electronic health record systems like PCC for documentation of patient information.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Engage with patients and their families to provide emotional support and education about care plans.

• Completion of a Nursing Assistant training program or equivalent experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of patient care principles, including catheter care and basic medical procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team‑oriented environment.
• Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to patient service.
• Ability to lift patients safely and assist with mobility tasks.
• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant is required.
