Reporting to the Director of Women’s Services and partnering closely with the Nurse Manager and experienced Charge Nurses, the Assistant Nurse Manager Maternal Child Health will support daily operations, staffing, patient throughput, quality initiatives, and patient experience efforts within Labor and Delivery. The role is backed by nurse educator support, shared governance, specialty clinical resources, and a diverse team of nurses, physicians, midwives, pharmacists, case managers, and social workers who are committed to teamwork, excellence, and compassionate care.
