Description
Panacea Hospice is seeking Spanish speaking LVN candidates with knowledge and experience in providing Hospice Services. Panacea provides comforting and exceptional care for qualifying patients.
we are looking for :
- LVN who can work per diem
- Must have a valid license in California
- Must have at least 1 year experience in hospice
- Able to chart in Hospice MD
- Nurses who are Compassionate, Caring, reliable, energetic and most importantly someone who is reliable.
- Provide direct patient care as defined in State Practical/Vocational Nurse Practice Act, including specialized duties related to end of life care.
- Implement current nursing practice following the comprehensive assessment and the plan of care under the supervision of the RN.
- Assist the RN in providing patient and family/caregiver education and information pertinent to diagnosis and self-plan of care.
- Participate in coordination of hospice services, appropriately reporting the identified needs to the interdisciplinary group.
- Provide appropriate pain/symptom management.
