Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Associate Veterinarian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality veterinary care and possess excellent communication skills to build lasting relationships with our clients. You will work alongside a team of experienced veterinarians, technicians, and support staff and will work closely with the Hospital Manager and Regional Manager.

Spring Animal Hospital located in Long Beach, CA is a service-oriented practice designed to provide a caring and loving atmosphere for our patients. Spring Animal Hospital was set up with the mission to provide quality veterinary care for the pets and animals in Long Beach and the surrounding areas. Our hospital is devoted to staying on top of the latest diagnostics and treatments as we work together to create a positive work environment.

Full-Time & Part-Time flexible schedules available.

Our compensation package includes starting guaranteed base salaries between $160,000 - $180,000, a lucrative quarterly no deficit carryover production plan & additionally generous sign-on, retention and relocation bonuses available. We offer a great benefits package including, but not limited to: health insurance (vision, medical, dental, health savings/flexible spending), life and disability insurance, 401K with company contribution, PTO, generous CE allowance with additional PTO allotted, reimbursement for membership dues and license fees, and more.

Pay Range
$150,000 — $180,000 USD
