Our client is a hospital that is hiring a full-time Medical Director to lead its veterinary team while continuing to provide exceptional patient care. Role Description and Responsibilities

This position involves undertaking the full scope of Medical Director responsibilities while serving as the clinical leader of the hospital. The successful candidate will provide high-quality medical care, mentor and support fellow veterinarians, help guide clinical standards, and contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice. This role is ideally suited to an experienced veterinarian who is looking to combine clinical excellence with leadership responsibilities while helping to foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

The hospital offers flexible scheduling options and no weekend commitments, supporting an excellent work-life balance.

Practice Details

The hospital operates Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm and is closed on weekends. Providing a full scope of GP services, the practice is equipped with modern diagnostic and treatment technology including, but not limited to, an in‑house laboratory, Digital Dental X-Ray, Digital X-Ray, and Ultrasound. Additional facilities include state‑art surgical suites and an in‑house pharmacy, enabling the team to provide comprehensive medical and surgical care.

With more than six decades of service to the community, the hospital has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality veterinary medicine in a professional and patient‑focused environment.

Team

You will be working alongside 2 DVMs and supported by a full team of skilled support staff. The environment is collaborative and team‑oriented, fostering a professional yet compassionate atmosphere that ensures both patients and clients receive exceptional care. Candidate Requirements
  • Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
  • Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
  • Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so

The Package

Salary up to $270,000 (Annual)

  • $225k-$270k base salary + production
