The working hours for this role are Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The salary range for the role is $115,000-$130,000 base.

The Role

The QSL is the owner of CAPI's Quality Management System and RCCA (Root Cause/ Corrective Action) program. The QSL is responsible for assuring compliance and maintaining AS9100 accreditation. This is achieved by carrying out internal/external audits to ISO/AS standards and internal CAPI processes. The ideal candidate will be energetic and flexible with scheduling, be able to adjust priorities and communicate well.

If you have any of the below skills, we would love to talk to you about your next career move:

• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Quality Assurance or Manufacturing discipline or equivalent.
• AS9100 Lead Auditor or Auditor Certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with computers (word, excel, power point); ideally able to manipulate data in excel and to create Pareto charts using pivot tables.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Management Systems.
• Experience performing internal audits to ISO
  9001/AS9100 standards.
• Prior participation in AS9100/ISO 9001 external compliance audits.
• Manufacturing industry experience highly preferred.
• Previous experience with Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action procedures

An individual who has experience of working within a metallurgical environment and a clear understanding of AS9100 and other quality related approvals and standards. It is advantageous if you are a trained lead auditor for ISO 9001.
