Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Property Administrator based in Long Beach, CA. The role involves overseeing daily property management operations, addressing tenant inquiries, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with property regulations. The administrator will also support the property manager in delivering high-quality service to property owners and tenants.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily property management operations on site.
  • Address tenant inquiries and maintain outstanding tenant satisfaction.
  • Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes.
  • Ensure compliance with property regulations and applicable laws.
  • Maintain budgetary oversight and assist with financial analyses as needed.
  • Handle lease administration and coordinate maintenance schedules.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in property management, including lease administration, vendor coordination, and ensuring compliance.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities for liaising with tenants, vendors, and property owners.
  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial oversight to manage property expenses effectively.
  • Knowledge of real estate practices, including leases, local regulations, and operational processes.
  • Detail-oriented, efficient, and proactive in problem-solving and managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Experience in commercial property management is a plus.
