• Execute PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
• Host a minimum of two open houses per month
• Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into appointments
• Attend weekly script practice and follow team standards
• Participate in team meetings and activities
• Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, trainings, and Partner Call
• Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer representation agreements, and identify suitable properties
• Prepare, submit, and negotiate offers on behalf of clients
• Track all activities, clients, and pipeline using PLACE technology

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
