Responsibilities
  • Assist lead agents by showing homes to prospective buyers and renters
  • Host open houses and support listing marketing efforts
  • Schedule and coordinate property showings to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Provide accurate property details and gather client feedback after showings
  • Participate in team lead generation activities and follow-up systems
  • Attend weekly trainings, team huddles, and one‑on‑one coaching sessions
  • Deliver consistent professionalism, strong customer service, and accountability
  • Stay informed on local real estate market trends and inventory
Qualifications

You are energized by working with people and pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships. You have a compelling desire to support others, while being committed to your growth in real estate and leadership skills.

  • Active California real estate license or in the process
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer‑service focused with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Tech savvy and comfortable using CRM systems
  • Team-oriented with a polished, professional appearance
  • Coachable and committed to following the Nickle Team’s proven business model
