You earn $18.00/hour while working as a Coffee Truck Porter and $17.25/hour plus tips when working as a Server. We provide discounted coffee and a gym membership after 1 year of employment

You typically work in the late afternoon or evening from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM
. For December only: shifts may range from 5:00 pm – 12:00 midnight or 7:00 pm – 12:00 midnight. There is some flexibility depending on business needs.

Your primary responsibility is to ensure our truck is sparkling clean and fully stocked. From wiping down surfaces to organizing supplies, you ensure our customers enjoy a clean and inviting atmosphere. As needed, you step into the spotlight as a Server, taking orders with a friendly smile and crafting delicious coffee beverages. You take out the trash, turn off the equipment, and get ready for another day of wowing customers.

• 1+ years of janitorial experience
• Schedule flexibility
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record

Carmen's Gypsy Coffee Bar is Long Beach's original espresso truck offering an on-location, full-service espresso and tea bar, vegan and gluten-free pastries, Spanish pressed paninis, breakfast quiche, house nitro cold brew, and much more! Carmen is a namesake and was the owner, Elisa Bertone's mother, who is from a very large family of 11 brothers and sisters. All of the siblings were Flamenco entertainers on stage from a very young age.

Elisa's family is from the caves of Andalusia Spain and her uncle, Rene Heredia, is still very prominent in the genre. Elisa's first cousin, Andreana, still has dance troupes all over Colorado to this day!
