As a Retail Associate, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Greeting and assisting guests with courtesy and respect.
• Answering phones and providing accurate information.
• Handling the register, counting correct change, and managing transactions efficiently.
• Using the POS system with ease and accuracy.
• Restocking shelves and maintaining a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing store atmosphere.
• Preparing coffee and barista services (training available!).
• Gaining general knowledge of the property and accommodations to assist guests.

• Have strong customer service skills and enjoy interacting with people.
• Are able to follow policies, procedures, and property standards.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Have availability for morning and evening shifts, including weekends (7:30 AM - 8:00 PM).
• Barista or coffee service experience is a plus, but not required—training is available!
