Job Summary

We are searching for a self‑starter who loves dance music and excels at customer relations to join our Merchandise team as a Booth Cashier at Insomniac events.

The Merchandise Booth Cashier rings up customers, follows management directions, and upholds best practices for inventory and customer service.

• Handle merchandise purchase transactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Count all product received and count out all product at the end of the show.
• Help set up the merch booth and product displays.
• Enter correct products into the cash register or POS to maintain accurate inventory.
• Provide excellent customer service and relations.
• Help maintain booth cleanliness and organization throughout the festival.
• Follow all safety and theft prevention procedures.
• Execute day‑to‑day tasks as needed.

• Cash handling experience required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Well organized and detail‑oriented.
• Basic math and counting skills required.
• General knowledge of live entertainment and Insomniac brands/shows.
• Travel to and from work location required; lodging not provided.
• Successfully pass a background check.

• Ability to tolerate loud noise levels and busy environments.
• May work in drastic temperature climates.
