Job Summary
We are searching for a self‑starter who loves dance music and excels at customer relations to join our Merchandise team as a Booth Cashier at Insomniac events.
The RoleThe Merchandise Booth Cashier rings up customers, follows management directions, and upholds best practices for inventory and customer service.
Responsibilities- Handle merchandise purchase transactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Count all product received and count out all product at the end of the show.
- Help set up the merch booth and product displays.
- Enter correct products into the cash register or POS to maintain accurate inventory.
- Provide excellent customer service and relations.
- Help maintain booth cleanliness and organization throughout the festival.
- Follow all safety and theft prevention procedures.
- Execute day‑to‑day tasks as needed.
- Cash handling experience required.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Well organized and detail‑oriented.
- Basic math and counting skills required.
- General knowledge of live entertainment and Insomniac brands/shows.
- Travel to and from work location required; lodging not provided.
- Successfully pass a background check.
- Ability to tolerate loud noise levels and busy environments.
- May work in drastic temperature climates.
