The role involves assisting the Retail Store Manager in leading the retail sales team, forging connections with customers, and maintaining Vuori’s brand values. You will lead operations during the store manager’s absence, motivate the sales team, and ensure a memorable customer experience.

• Work with the sales team to ensure each customer receives the best experience.
• Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide honest and knowledgeable feedback to customers.
• Forge lasting relationships with customers by engaging with them about product details, new product, and replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable on new and best‑selling merchandise and share with customer and team.
• Lead day‑to‑day operations of the store when the Store Manager is absent.
• Motivate the sales team and achieve sales goals in a team‑based commission environment.
• Seek new product knowledge to serve as an expert for the customer.
• Lead team in completion of projects while keeping focus on customer experience.
• Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
• Assist Store Inventory Lead with processing shipments and inventory management.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on daily maintenance, sales strategy, community, and team management.
• Lead team in daily maintenance of store: restocking, visual merchandising, cleaning.
• Apply responsibility, protocol, and safety standards in opening/closing store.
• Encourage employees to give 100% and adhere to punctuality and role responsibilities.
• Complete weekly restock, cycle counts, and send reports to inventory.
• Assist in processing weekly shipments and online returns.
• Ensure store supplies are stocked and communicate needs monthly.
• Manage Aloha displays and ensure weekly refresh.
• Manage mannequin refresh and one‑offs.
• Ensure merchandising standards are maintained on floor.

• Available for 8‑hour shifts, 5 days/week, including at least 1 weekend day.
• Excellent punctuality and attendance.
• Strong relationship building with customers and colleagues.
• Customer service expert capable of creating experiences and handling concerns positively.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Quick learner of new procedures and processes.
• Strong organizational skills and follow‑through.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• Motivated to develop new skills and receptive to feedback.

• Hourly rate: $24/hr – $27.80/hr plus team‑pooled commission.
