• Ensure accurate billing records and sales by maintaining control of the cash register and daily cash flow
• Complete clerical duties, as assigned, including ordering office supplies, cleaning the front desk and cashier window, and connecting callers with mechanics in the service area or salespeople in the showroom
• Offer answers to questions about specific costs, fees, and receipt values for customers
• Interact with customers to answer questions in a friendly and professional manner ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain a professional appearance, greet customers with a smile, and escalate customer complaints to the service advisor to resolve

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent mandatory
• Basic math skills are essential to accurately compute payments, fees, adjustments, and other billing-related deliverables
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Experience handling money and payments in a service cashier role preferred
• Should enjoy working with people and display strong customer service skills
