• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor, providing a welcoming and positive shopping experience
• Drive retail sales by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or solutions
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals and KPIs
• Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features, benefits, and promotions
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Assist with merchandising, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner

• Prior retail sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and exceeding targets
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Basic math skills and comfort operating a POS system
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Must be bilingual English & Spanish
