Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management to drive sales results and deliver best‑in‑class customer service.

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise the sales floor and stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service and seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations, including payroll management.
• Train and develop the non‑management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Operate the register/point‑of‑sale system.
• Fulfill omni‑channel orders.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.

• Bachelor’s degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Strong customer focus and knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build teams, coach others, and take initiative with confidence.
• Strong work ethic, detail orientation, and ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive learning and thoughtful decision making.

The starting rate for this position is $24.00 per hour.
