A rapidly growing 3PL specializing in warehousing, transloading, fulfillment, and value‑added logistics services is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive based in the Greater Los Angeles (LAX) market. This role is perfect for a hunter‑minded sales professional with a strong background in warehousing and transloading, along with deep relationships in the freight forwarding, distribution, and import/export ecosystem. You will be responsible for driving new revenue, expanding market presence, and building long‑term partnerships with key logistics buyers across Southern California.

$/yr - $/yr
Key Responsibilities- Drive profitable revenue growth by selling warehousing, transloading, and fulfillment solutions to freight forwarders, importers, e-commerce brands, and distribution companies.
- Develop new business through cold outreach, networking, industry events, and leveraging an existing network in the LAX logistics market.
- Maintain and grow assigned accounts by delivering high‑touch, proactive client service.
- Partner with internal warehouse operations, customer service, and solutions teams to design customized logistics solutions.
- Represent the organization at industry events, port-focused networking groups, and trade shows within the LAX and SoCal supply chain community.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage pipeline stages, track KPIs, update forecasts, and ensure accurate reporting of sales activities.
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in warehousing, transloading, fulfillment, 3PL, or freight forwarding.
- Strong understanding of LAX‑area logistics, including transloading, drayage, cross‑dock operations, import/export flows, and warehouse value‑added services.
- Proven ability to generate new business while also expanding an existing book of accounts.
- Established network of freight forwarders, importers, NVOCCs, and distribution decision‑makers in the Los Angeles / Southern California market.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and client relationship‑building skills.
- Comfortable operating independently in a high‑accountability, revenue‑driven environment.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and pipeline management.
- Freight forwarding background is acceptable and strongly preferred.
