- Great working hours:
Monday - Friday. - Ability to travel within the South Bay area to client locations to perform site surveys and develop client relationships.
- Base salary plus commission structure; strong performance will be rewarded.
- Research, develop & maintain a database of leads using a variety of sales programs provided by FASTSIGNS.
- Consultatively sell a variety of signs & graphic products (product training provided), targeting large accounts.
- Grow an existing database of accounts by cross‑selling and being introduced to new buyers through existing contacts.
- Make a large volume of phone calls and e‑mails in order to generate appointments.
- Perform site surveys, meeting with customers at their place of business, taking measurements and upselling additional graphics when possible.
- Generate price quotes and follow up quickly.
- Generate work orders with specifications for items that fulfill customers’ needs.
- Work with the team to ensure projects are completed correctly and on‑time.
- Perform other tasks as required to complete projects and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience; 1 year of printing or signage sales experience preferred.
- Proven success stories from previous sales experience.
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
- Business‑minded with an understanding of the importance of quality, consistent customer service.
- Motivated by money but understands building relationships for long‑term partnerships.
- General aptitude and mental ability to conduct outside sales.
- Great attitude, good presence, and energy; not afraid of rejection and makes people feel at ease.
- Integrity and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to multi‑task independently with good follow‑through.
