Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Advisor for West Coast Toyota, part of the Ken Garff Automotive Group. The role focuses on leading customers through their vehicle purchase journey while maintaining high satisfaction.

• Enthusiastically guide customers through the sales process.
• Represent the dealership professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction via frequent and friendly follow‑up.
• Respond to and communicate with potential prospects from web, phone, and in-store leads.
• Participate in regular training to develop sales skills and product knowledge.

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S. with a valid in‑state driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Friendly, cooperative demeanor with strong persuasive skills and a drive for results.
• Ability to handle details quickly, correctly, and efficiently while managing multiple customer relationships.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment and able to build relationships easily.

• Competitive compensation package: average $3,500‑$8,000/monthly (base + commissions/bonuses). Top earners reach six figures.
