Our client is currently seeking ambitious and customer-focused individuals to join its Sales Team in Long Beach.

Candidates with experience in hospitality, restaurants, bars, hotels, customer service, or other customer-facing environments are encouraged to apply. Many successful team members have hospitality backgrounds due to their ability to communicate effectively, build rapport quickly, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

This role offers full training and the opportunity to develop professional sales, customer service, and business communication skills.

• Using your people skills to connect with customers and create memorable interactions
• Introducing customers to products, services, and promotional offers in a friendly and engaging way
• Building rapport quickly and creating a welcoming experience for every customer
• Working in busy, customer-focused environments where no two days are exactly the same
• Learning how to confidently present products and handle customer questions
• Collaborating with a supportive team that celebrates effort, development, and results
• Attending ongoing coaching sessions designed to improve communication and sales skills
• Taking on new challenges that help you grow both professionally and personally

• Hospitality, customer service, retail, or customer-facing experience

Sales experience is not required as full training is provided.

• Weekly earnings plus performance-based incentives - 950 - 1250 per week
