Location: Long Beach Area
Compensation- Annual earnings range: $70,000 – $135,000
- Weekly pay via direct deposit
Kilter Termite and Pest Control is seeking driven, goal-oriented professionals to join our high-performing team. If you're a licensed Branch 3 Field Representative ready to take your career and earnings to the next level, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Represent the company with professionalism and punctuality
- Conduct thorough property inspections
- Generate leads, referrals, and self-sourced sales opportunities
- Follow up promptly on pending termite and pest control sales
- Recommend treatment plans and provide detailed estimates for services and repairs
- Ensure production is completed to the highest standards
- Continuously learn and adapt to improve performance
- Customer-focused and personable
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Results-driven with a confident, positive attitude
- Comfortable with a structured sales process
- Skilled at building rapport with diverse personality types
- Proactive in closing sales and achieving targets
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Physically capable of lifting 35–40 lbs regularly
- Willing to work in crawl spaces, attics, and on ladders
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- Some Saturdays required
- Company vehicle (all expenses paid)

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the termite and pest control industry
- Active SPCB Branch 3 Field Representative License (required)
- Proven success in in-home sales and customer engagement
- Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Professional appearance and demeanor
