The Regional Sales Manager – U.S. will be responsible for driving commercial growth in the United States market for software solutions focused on structural engineering and infrastructure monitoring.

This role will work closely with engineering firms, design companies, infrastructure operators, and technical partners, promoting high-tech products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a commercial growth strategy across the U.S. region.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities among engineering firms, infrastructure designers, architecture firms, and operators of complex assets.
  • Present technical software solutions, clearly articulating features, benefits, and use cases.
  • Collaborate with the technical team on demos, proof of concepts, and pre-/post-sales support.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
  • Monitor the U.S. market and provide regular updates to management on trends, opportunities, and competitors.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry conferences, and professional events.
  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline and deliver structured reporting.
Requisiti:

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in technical software (e.g., CAE/FEA) or solutions for engineering and infrastructure.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
  • Strong consultative sales approach with experience in B2B environments and long sales cycles.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the U.S.
  • Educational background in engineering or a technical/scientific field.
  • Knowledge of the U.S. structural engineering and infrastructure market.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Clear and credible communication with senior technical stakeholders.
  • Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to quickly learn new products and technologies.
