What We’re Looking For- 1+ years of recent experience as a freight broker or agent
- Proven success managing freight from cradle to grave and built a book
- A personal book of freight customers or shippers producing at least $10K GM/month
- Ability to grow and manage long‑term client relationships
- Must reside in the United States
