- Consistently meet sales goals and KPIs while growing your territory
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including in Light Industrial, Commercial, or Transportation Staffing industry
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and relationship-driven
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a high-performing team
- Loves hunting for new business
- Wants the support of experienced recruiters behind them
- Is excited by the challenge of launching and growing a territory
- Wants unlimited earning potential instead of capped commissions
