Position Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to lead outbound prospecting across healthcare, luxury residential, and hospitality sectors. In this high‑impact role you will own the top of the funnel and support the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification to deal close.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive growth: develop and execute outreach strategies to generate new business across key verticals.
  • Own the pipeline: build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, partnerships, networking, and industry events, including tracking relevant RFP opportunities.
  • Support the sales process: assist with RFP responses, proposal development, contract negotiations, and financial modeling.
  • Collaborate with leadership: work closely with the Director of Business Development and the executive team to align pipeline efforts with company goals.
  • Build relationships: develop and maintain connections with hospital administrators, property managers, developers, and hospitality leaders.
  • Represent FC Parking: attend trade shows, conferences, and events to grow brand awareness and expand your network.
  • Leverage technology: maintain accurate forecasting and activity tracking in Hub Spot and other tools as needed.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B business development, enterprise sales, or client acquisition in the parking industry (parallel or complementary industry experience considered).
  • Proven ability to build and manage a pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and inbound opportunities.
  • Strong financial and contract negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce).
  • Experience responding to private and public sector RFPs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred (not required).
  • Willingness to travel 25–40% as needed for prospect meetings, presentations, and site visits.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $70,000
  • On‑Target Earnings: $100,000 to $120,000 (base plus incentives)
  • Additional incentives:
    • Performance‑based bonuses tied to qualified leads and closed deals.
    • Milestone bonuses for major wins, such as landing a hospital or luxury hotel client, and hitting quarterly targets.
    • Ongoing incentives for consistent pipeline activity.
