Job Summary

Cintas positions apparel and services to help customers elevate their image and support employee programs. This Outside Sales Representative role provides customers with solutions to their work apparel needs, including weekly laundry, delivery, repair, replacement, and company branding, ensuring teams across every industry look professional and perform at their best.
Responsibilities- Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory.
- Utilize the CRM to identify new opportunities, present solutions, and close new business.
- Consistently achieve weekly sales goals and quotas.
- Conduct cold calls, in‑person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, objection‑handling, and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, propelling repeat business.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Contact Management System (CMS).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least one year of sales experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Prior new business‑to‑business (B2B) sales experience.
- Competitive base salary with unlimited commission opportunities.

Estimated total compensation ranges between $70,304 and $150,000 per year, a combination of base salary and earned commissions. The range reflects factors such as skill set, experience, training, performance, and business needs.
