Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Long Beach, CA. The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Daily activities include conducting outreach via calls, emails, and in-person meetings, delivering product or service presentations, preparing proposals and quotes, and negotiating contract terms in alignment with company guidelines.
The role also involves tracking sales activities and performance in CRM tools, collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, and providing regular reports and forecasts to sales leadership. The Sales Executive is expected to represent the company professionally, stay informed about market trends and competitors, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.
- Demonstrated experience in B2B or B2C sales, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Strong relationship‑building and customer service skills, with the ability to understand client needs and present suitable solutions.
- Solid negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities, both in‑person and via phone and email.
- Comfort using CRM and productivity tools to track activities, manage accounts, and report on sales results.
- Goal‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and working independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work on‑site in Long Beach, CA, including visiting client locations as needed.
- Relevant experience in technology, services, or a related industry is preferred.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
