90% New Business Acquisition
- Hunt for new logos and business opportunities.
- Conduct daily strategic outbound engagement—cold calling, email outreach, and onsite meetings.
- Travel regularly for face‑to‑face appointments with prospects.
10% Account Management
- Maintain and expand existing smaller business accounts.
Other responsibilities:
- Unleash proven track record of seizing opportunities.
- Strategically build a sales pipeline to meet monthly sales objectives.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen by identifying customers’ strategic and financial goals to design fit‑for‑purpose solutions.
- Foster extensive relationships with new customers, including C‑suite stakeholders, to drive monthly recurring revenue.
- Partner with pre‑ and post‑sales support to enhance relationships and increase revenue.
- Identify target markets, industries, and contacts for a defined product portfolio, and qualify leads using strategic research and outreach.
- Develop clear understanding of technology solutions—Enterprise Voice, VoIP, Managed Dedicated Internet Access, EVPL, ELAN, Managed Security, and Managed Wireless LAN—to position and sell comprehensive service offerings.
- Competitive OTE of over $120,000.
- Sales boot camps and individualized coaching with senior leadership.
- Performance‑based promotion path and succession planning.
- 20 PTO days + 10 paid holidays per year.

- 401(k) match of 50% on 6% of eligible compensation.
- 10 weeks of paid parental leave, 3 weeks of paid caregiver leave, and up to $10,000 in adoption assistance.
- 3 years of solution‑selling experience in enterprise‑scale companies with a successful track record.
- Telecom and wireline experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Valid state driver’s license, reliable transportation for customer visits, and a clean driving record.
