Event Sales Assistant

As an Event Sales Assistant, you'll represent well-known brands at live promotional events, shopping centres, and other high-footfall locations. Your role will focus on creating memorable customer interactions, promoting products and services, and driving sales in a fun, energetic environment.

Previous sales experience isn't required. We provide ongoing coaching and mentorship, giving you the skills and confidence to succeed from day one.

• Represent client brands at live events, retail promotions, and community campaigns
• Engage with members of the public in a professional and approachable manner
• Demonstrate products and services while highlighting their key benefits
• Build rapport with customers and identify their needs
• Generate sales and process customer sign-ups where applicable
• Assist with the setup, presentation, and breakdown of promotional event spaces
• Work closely with your team to achieve daily goals and deliver outstanding customer experiences

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working in customer-facing, face-to-face environments

• Full authorization to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation to the team's meeting location
