• Generate new business by identifying, reaching out to, and converting prospective clients.

• Build and sustain strong client relationships through ongoing support and regular policy reviews.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales targets to drive agency success.

• Engage in team meetings and actively contribute to effective sales strategies.

• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation proficiency.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and securing new business.
• Eagerness to learn and a coachable attitude.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
