Capital Sales Manager
Every Hydrafacial provider relationship begins with a device placement. The Capital Sales Manager is the hunter responsible for opening new accounts — introducing physician practices, medical spas, and resort spas to the Hydrafacial platform and closing the initial capital equipment purchase that starts the provider relationship. This role is the revenue entry point for Skin Health Systems' device business and directly determines the size and quality of the provider network the broader commercial team then serves.
Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 3 years of medical device sales or capital equipment sales experience.
- Maintain a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
- Demonstrated success closing capital equipment sales, with specific examples of quota achievement.
- Experience selling into the aesthetics (cash-pay) market — dermatology, plastic surgery, or high-end resort spas.
- Proven ability to overcome declines and navigate competitive sales conversations.
- Demonstrated achievement of sales quotas and MBOs.
- Understanding of sales cycles and third-party financing strategies; ability to manage lender and customer conversations professionally.
- Experience prospecting new business and maintaining a healthy pipeline using strategic selling techniques.
- Ability to travel up to 90% by car and plane.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Aesthetic industry relationships or prior territory experience in target geography.
Physical Requirements of the Job:
- Primarily field-based role requiring daily driving, often 4–8 hours per day.
- Frequent air travel required; must be able to navigate airports and work in varied travel environments.
- Must be able to carry and set up Hydrafacial demonstration equipment and marketing materials weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform in-office treatment demonstrations in clinical and spa environments for extended periods.
- Occasional setup and breakdown of booth or demonstration equipment at trade shows and events, requiring prolonged standing.
- Prolonged periods of sitting while driving or working between client visits.
Base Pay: $85,000 per year + commission
