Del Amo Motorsports of Long Beach is seeking a Sales Manager / Floor Manager to lead from the front on a busy showroom floor. You will desk and close deals, coach teams, and ensure exemplary customer experience through every step of the sale.
You will develop newer salespeople, monitor CRM activity, and collaborate with Finance, Parts and Service to deliver a seamless transaction from initial contact to delivery. Strong leadership and closing skills are essential.
