Commission-Based Sales + Business Development | Luxury Wellness & Events

Aqua Aura Wellness, an experiential wellness division under LAB.OTANICA, is growing and looking for a sales-driven Business Development professional to grow with us.

Aqua Aura Wellness creates elevated wellness experiences for corporate events, luxury hotels and resorts, residential communities, private gatherings, mini day retreats, and destination retreats.

We’re looking for someone who knows how to
open doors, build relationships, follow up, and close business.

This is a
commission-based sales opportunity
for someone entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and excited by building partnerships across wellness, hospitality, corporate events, and experiential programming.

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities
• Connect with decision-makers at hotels, resorts, luxury residential communities, corporations, and event organizations
• Build relationships with event planners, wellness directors, HR teams, hospitality professionals, and aligned partners
• Conduct strategic email, Linked In, and direct outreach
• Follow up with qualified prospects and nurture relationships
• Generate opportunities for corporate wellness activations, Float + Sound experiences, and private events
• Help sell mini day retreats and destination retreat experiences
• Move prospects from initial conversation through booking
• Identify opportunities for recurring partnerships and ongoing programming

• Is sales-driven and results-oriented
• Has experience in sales, business development, hospitality, events, wellness, partnerships, or luxury services
• Is confident initiating conversations with new prospects
• Understands relationship-based selling
• Follows up consistently and professionally
• Can work independently and take ownership of their pipeline
• Can communicate the value of a premium experience
• Is motivated by commission and growth potential

Commission-based

Compensation is tied to qualified business generated and closed, with additional earning potential through larger contracts, repeat business, retreat sales, and recurring partnerships.
