Salary Range: $38,200.00 - $63,200.00 Base+Commission/year

My Wireless is seeking motivated, dynamic, and coachable individuals to join our retail team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will provide the best customer experience and technology solutions from a variety of AT&T products and services offered by My Wireless.

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location)
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred)
• Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent (Required)

Specific vision abilities required by this job include being able to work with small parts in mobile phones and being able to look at a computer screen for prolonged periods of time.
