The Eric Uzeta Agency is looking for a motivated Insurance Agent to join our Long Beach team. This is a sales-focused opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and working toward goals.

You'll receive hands‑on training and ongoing coaching while developing your insurance knowledge and sales skills.

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for this position.

• Connect with prospective customers through leads, referrals, outbound calls, and follow-up

• Work with both English and Spanish‑speaking customers

• Ask questions to understand each client's needs and recommend appropriate coverage

• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products

• Build long‑term client relationships and identify additional sales opportunities

• Manage your sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects

• Work toward individual and agency sales goals

• Participate in ongoing sales and insurance training

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required

• Previous sales or customer‑facing experience preferred

• Confident communicating over the phone and starting conversations

• Motivated by goals, performance, and earning potential

• Persistent and able to handle rejection

• Coachable and open to feedback

• Organized with strong follow‑up skills

• California Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain required licensing
