Are you ready to join a performance-driven team at the forefront of the AEC industry? We are looking for a full-time Sales Support Administrator to join our Sales & Marketing team at our Headquarters in Long Beach.

As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play an important role in supporting our Sales & Marketing team and creating a positive experience for our clients. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls, accurately entering project information into our CRM, and helping ensure client requests are addressed quickly and efficiently.

You'll collaborate closely with the rest of the Sales Support Team and Sales Leadership, while learning the technical side of our As-Built production process, setting you up to confidently guide clients through next steps.

Requirements

THINGS YOU WILL DO:

This is a full-time position (40+ hours/week) with potential opportunities for overtime. In a typical week, you will:

  • Answer and respond to inbound client and team phone calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Enter new project information and client details accurately into our CRM
  • Review project information for accuracy and completeness
  • Make updates and corrections to project records as needed
  • Provide general client support and help answer basic questions or route requests to the appropriate team member
  • Collaborate daily with the Sales and Marketing team to keep communications smooth and aligned
  • Become familiar with PPM’s As Built workflow in order to confidently discuss scopes, processes, and timelines with clients

EXPERIENCE AND READINESS

You may be a strong fit if you have:

  • Previous customer service and/or data entry experience (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Microsoft Office Suite knowledge / experience and the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Strong organizational and time management skills combined with excellent communication skills
  • Previous B2B, technical, or AEC industry experience is a plus

  • Base Compensation: $22.50 –$28.50 per hour, depending on experience
