Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Detail

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or property staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, residential community policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related issues to the appropriate contacts;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property, including common areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations, as assigned;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, helping to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious behavior through visible presence and routine observation;
Support property operations by communicating clearly with residents and staff, following post orders, and completing required reports related to daily activity and unusual incidents
